Abstract:College libraries are the operation unit together with other units to implement the Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. One of the services provided by college libraries is user education programs, user education programs aims to introduce library facilities to user so that library facilities can be utilized to the fullest. This study aims to identify the presence or absence of the influence of the Library Education Program on the ability to access e- content in postgraduate students at Universitas Gadjah Mada and to explore what factors influence the implementation of user education programs. This study uses a quantitative method and is equipped with open interviews. The population in this study was a graduate of the Universitas Gadjah Mada odd class 2017/2018. This research sample serjumlah 98 students taken with probability sampling technique with a proportionate stratified random samplingtechnique. The informants who were assigned were six people consisting of 3 women and 3 men. Data analysis was carried out by regression analysisusing the smartPLS 3.0 program. The results obtained, there is a significant influence between variables in the cognitive and psychomotor domains on the ability to access e-content in UGM graduate students, whereas in the affective domain there is no influence on students' ability to access e-content in the UGM Library.

Intisari:Perpustakaan perguruan tinggi merupakan unit pelaksana teknis yang sama-sama dengan unit lain melaksanakan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Salah satu layanan yang disediakan oleh perpustakaan perguruan tinggi adalah program pendidikan pemustaka, pendidikan pemustaka bertujuan untuk mengenalkan fasilitas perpustakaan kepada pemustaka agar fasilitas perpustakaan dapat dimanfaatkan secara maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi ada tidaknya pengaruh Program Pendidikan Pemustaka terhadap kemampuan akses e-content pada mahasiswa pascasarjana Universitas Gadjah Mada dan untuk menggali faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan program pendidikan pemustaka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan dilengkapi dengan wawancara terbuka. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa pascasarjana Universitas Gadjah Mada angkatan ganjil 2017/2018. Sampel penelitian ini serjumlah 98 mahasiswa diambil dengan teknik probability sampling dengan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Informan yang ditetapkan sebanyak enam orang terdiri dari 3 perempuan dan 3 laki-laki. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis regresi menggunakan program smartPLS 3.0. Hasil yang diperoleh, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel pada ranah kognitif dan psikomotor terhadap kemampuan akses e-content pada mahasiswa pascasarjana UGM, sedangkan pada ranah afektif tidak terdapat pengaruh terhadap kemampuan mahasiswa dalam mengakses e-content di Perpustakaan UGM.===College libraries are the operation unit together with other units to implement the Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi.
